Broadcaster logos and programme images belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify productions we have worked on.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, especially our guides to visas and filming permits. Rules in Papua New Guinea change often: always check with the official authorities before travelling. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, company details, and the information about your project that you choose to share.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we work together, organise your production (permits, visas, travel and logistics). The legal basis is your request and the steps taken before a contract (GDPR, article 6.1.b).

We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only Papua New Guinea Fixer. When you ask us to apply for permits or visas, we pass the necessary documents to the relevant Papua New Guinea authorities, and travel details to airlines and accommodation providers — only as far as your production requires.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after 3 years without contact. Production records and invoices are kept for the periods required by French accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to marc@papua-new-guinea-fixer.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
